Delivery options: 

Standard delivery (3-5) working days – £2.99 or free on orders over £30.

Express delivery (1-2) working days - £3.99 (If ordered before 12pm)  

Returns: 

We hope that you are happy with your product, if you are unhappy with your items, we offer a simple returns policy. Please return your items within 14 days from the date you receive your order.  

*Items must be returned unworn with labels attached, and in original packaging.

*Shoes must be returned unworn and unmarked.

The customer must pay return postage:  

The customer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a track and sign service, we will not be held responsible for lost parcels in the post. 

Faulty or damaged items: 

You must make us aware of any faulty items before returning. Please use our contact form to inform us of faulty/damaged items, we will then request photos for further inspection before a refund is authorised.
